P1 dAy 1 @ 166.2

Today was my first day on the actual diet and I did pretty good! I haven't been too hungry after meals. The good thing is that I ate like every 2 to 3 hours so there wasn't enough time to get hungry in between meals! Now the real trick is to stay like that! I was wanting to eat like Macaroni & Cheese and Ramen because I ALWAYS have at least one of them or both on Sundays, and they're my faaavorite, so I was missing those but I wasn't craving them! I think most of it is because it's my first day and it's not that hard to miss the bad food. But I know that someday I will have my hard moments! But I just got to hang in there because I'm going to look smokin' hot after this program!

LoAd DaY 2 @ 166.4

Okay so I know that there is a big jump from 170.8 to 166.4 but the 170.8 was weighed last wednesday at the Doctor like in the middle of the day with clothes and shoes on and the 166.4 is from home on a new cheap scale from wal-mart so who knows if that's accurate. And... it was first thing in the morning with nothing on. So I'm just going to go with the 166 cuz thats a lot more pleasing than the big 170! So Load day was good! I just ate normally and I had to get my favorite ice-cream cuz I know I won't be able to have it for a long time! And actually I was kind of sick after I ate it! So it was good but I'm not missing it yet!
